School Improvement Team (SIT)
School Improvement Teams (SITs) are a state-mandated component of our school composed of Glenwood staff and parents. The purpose of a School Improvement Team (SIT) is to “develop a school improvement plan to strengthen student performance.” SITs may deal with issues directly or indirectly related to instruction, student performance, and the school environment/improvement.
